The head of the Mykolaiv Region Military Administration, Vitalii Kim, promised to publish all orders on the administration's website, as well as the budget of the Mykolaiv Oblast, which until now was not publicly available.
This is how the head of the region reacted to the appeal of the representative of the IMI in the Mykolaiv region during the press conference on the results of the year, which took place on December 26.
The journalist noted that in October, a working group «Transparency and Accountability» was created at Mykolayiv RMA, which should be responsible, in particular, for the transparency of the work of the regional administration. However, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Mykolayiv RMA actually stopped publishing Vitaly Kim's orders. At the same time, the neighboring Kherson RMA, for example, published 69 such documents in December, and 114 in November.
Vitalii Kim agreed that the RMA should publish relevant orders.
«Actually, I don't care, these orders are transparent. We are working on restoring the security of our site. But this is not an excuse, it could have been published on the channel or somewhere on Facebook,» said Vitalii Kim.

«The question is that it should be convenient for journalists to receive information, and not to look for it (orders, — note) there in the bushes. We have site restrictions. We are currently working with the declaration to make it convenient. But why is the order not published? Let it be. Come on, I'm not sorry, everything is fine with the order. Publish the order. The issue has been closed,» said Vitalii Kim.
As of 4:00 p.m. on December 27, there are no changes in the number of published documents in the orders section on the website of the Mykolayiv RMA.
It will be recalled that earlier the Mykolaiv prosecutor went to a «briefing» called «Transparency and Accountability», where he read the prepared text in the absence of journalists and questions.
