The court sentenced two Russian agents from Kherson, who adjusted Russian missiles at a local hospital.

This is reported by the SSU.

According to the service, at the beginning of 2023, the occupiers fired at the hospital in Kherson at the behest of the couple. Already in January of the same year, SSU employees detained both correctional officers.

The convicts were a husband and wife from Kherson who lived in a civil marriage. An FSS representative drew attention to the couple in one of the Russian Telegram channels and offered cooperation. After their agreement, the Russian special service instructed the residents of Kherson to collect information about the location of units of the Defense Forces.

The aggressor was interested in possible places of inpatient treatment for wounded Ukrainian soldiers. The people of Kherson used a messenger to transmit intelligence and received money on bank cards for this.

The court found the husband guilty under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason committed under martial law), and his wife under Part 5 of Article 27, Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (assisting in the commission of treason under martial law).. Both perpetrators received 15 years in prison.

We will remind you how a 30-year-old local resident was detained in Mykolaiv, who is suspected of spying on the ships of the Armed Forces near the Mykolaiv Seaport. The man faces up to 12 years in prison.
