In Mykolaiv today, June 1, around 12:20, the sound of an explosion was heard.
Later, the mayor of the city Oleksandr Sienkovych said that the explosion happened in the air.
«The air alert is still in place, so stay safe,» he added.
Updated at 12:41 p.m. Vitalii Kim, the head of Mykolaiv RMA, reported that the explosion took place outside the city.
«Preliminarily, everything is OK,» he added.
We would like to remind you that today, June 1, planned destruction of explosive ordnance will be carried out in the Sniguriv district of the Mykolaiv region.
Yesterday, May 31, and this morning, June 1, Russian troops shelled Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities of Mykolaiv region. There are no casualties.
