Law enforcement officers are documenting another Russian war crime against the civilian population of Odesa region.

Due to the security situation in the region, some trains are running with delays:

  • No. 6253 Vapnyarka — Odesa is delayed by 1 hour and 15 minutes;
  • No. 7024/7021 Podilsk — Odesa departed with a delay of 30 minutes.

«Ukrzaliznytsia» urges passengers to listen carefully to announcements at stations, as the delay time may change.

According to DTEK's press service in Odesa region, power companies have reconnected critical infrastructure and residential buildings to backup lines where technically possible and have already restored electricity to 7,000 families. The company noted that the damage caused by the attack was significant. About 26.9 thousand homes remain without electricity.
