Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko has shown the consequences of today's Russian strike on the Cabinet of Ministers building.

This is stated in her post on Facebook.

According to the Prime Minister, no one was injured, and the fire has already been extinguished by rescuers.

Yuliia Svyrydenko also called on international partners and all countries of the world «to turn their disappointment with Russia's actions into effective assistance for Ukraine».

«It's time to act. Ukraine needs more air defence systems to protect its skies and energy infrastructure, especially as winter approaches. Increase sanctions pressure on Russia to reduce resources for the Russian war machine. This is all real — the possibilities are in your hands. Only our unity and a strong response can stop Russia and bring peace,» she stressed.

As reported earlier, NikVesti wrote that last night, on 7 September, during the massive shelling of Ukraine, Russian troops damaged the Government building for the first time.
