Russians attack Kherson region: two killed, dozens wounded

Over the past 24 hours, on 14 July, Russian troops shelled 43 settlements in the Kherson region using artillery and attack drones.

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, two people were killed and 18 others were injured in the attacks. Damage included multi-storey and private houses, farms, agricultural machinery and even ambulances.

A separate drone strike by the Russian army hit a car near Kherson. The explosion injured a 75-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman. They suffered shrapnel wounds, blast injuries and contusions. The victims were taken to hospital.

On the night of 15 Julyб Russians also attacked Mykolaiv region with kamikaze drones. Two private houses and an outbuilding were damaged as a result of air defence and falling debris in Pervomaiskyi district.
