Night attack on Sumy: industrial plant and residential buildings damaged

On the night of 27 May, Russian troops attacked the city of Sumy, damaging an industrial facility, residential buildings and transport.

This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration.

Around 1:30 a.m., a building of an industrial enterprise caught fire as a result of an enemy drone strike. In addition to the building itself, vehicles on the territory were also damaged.

Three hours later, at approximately 4:30, the enemy conducted another air strike on another area of the city. As a result, at least eight residential buildings, including one two-storey building, were damaged, as well as several cars.

According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.

As a reminder, on Monday, 26 May, Russian FPV drones attacked the Kutsurub community in Mykolaiv region twice. A private house was damaged in the village of Solonchaky. In Dniprovske village, two private houses and a car were damaged.
