Ukrainian Armed Forces neutralise over 80% of Russian drones in Kherson region in a week

Over the past week, Russian troops have attacked settlements in the Kherson region with drones 1980 times. Of these, 849 drones were dropped on the Kherson community.

This was reported on 12 May by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to him, the Ukrainian defence forces destroyed 1606 drones, which is 81% of the total number. Within the Kherson community, 724 drones were shot down.

As a reminder, over the past 24 hours, on 11 May, Russian troops attacked dozens of settlements in the Kherson region. They used attack drones, artillery and aircraft. Five civilians were injured.
