Enemy drone attacks power engineers in Sumy: one person killed

On the morning of 12 May, Russian troops attacked a company car of power engineers in the suburbs of Sumy.
This was reported by the Sumy City Council and the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The attack took place at around 10:30 a.m. The Sumyoblenergo vehicle was travelling through the Sumy community. The 44-year-old driver was killed and three other power engineers were wounded. Emergency services are currently working at the scene of the attack.
«Under the procedural guidance of the District Prosecutor's Office of the city, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the commission of war crimes that resulted in the death of a person (Article 438, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)», the Prosecutor General's Office said in a statement.
As a reminder, on 23 April, Russian troops attacked a civilian car in Kherson from a drone. It is noted that a 59-year-old man was injured when the drone dropped explosives.
