Death toll rises after shelling of Kryvyi Rih: wounded man dies in hospital

The death toll from Russia's missile attack on Kryvyi Rih on 4 April has risen to twenty. A 23-year-old man who was injured during the shelling died in hospital.
This was announced on 16 April by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak.
He expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased, calling the news tragic.
According to local authorities, the rocket explosion occurred shortly before 19:00, killing 18 people and injuring 75 others, including 12 children. All witnesses to the attack confirmed that there were no soldiers in the nearby restaurant at the time of the attack.
Later, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration reported that the death toll had risen to 20. A three-day mourning period was declared for Kryvyi Rih. People brought toys and flowers to the scene of the tragedy.
As of the morning of 7 April, 33 people were treated in Kryvyi Rih hospitals for injuries sustained as a result of the Russian ballistic missile strike on the city. Of these, 18 were adults and 2 children in serious condition.
