Night drone attack on Mykolaiv: four people wounded, 13 houses damaged

On the night of 6 April, Russian troops attacked Mykolaiv with kamikaze drones such as «Shahed 131/136». As a result of the fall of debris and a blast wave, two fires broke out in a private sector neighbourhood in the city.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

Two fires broke out in the private sector. One house caught fire with no one in it — the fire covered 30 square metres. In the other case, a gas network near the house caught fire. Rescuers extinguished both fires.

Four people were injured in the attack: women aged 49, 67 and 72 and a 57-year-old man. They all suffered minor injuries and will be treated on an outpatient basis.

The attack also damaged 13 private houses and a car.

In addition to the city itself, communities in Mykolaiv district also came under attack. Yesterday, on 5 April, Russian FPV drones attacked the Kutsurub community four times. There were no casualties. Another drone struck the waters of the Ochakiv community, also without causing any casualties.
