On the night of 18 February, Russian troops attacked the town of Dolynska in Kirovohrad region. A multi-storey building was damaged, and three people were reported wounded.

This was reported by the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raikovych.

It is stated that a Russian drone hit the top floor of the apartment block. Three people were wounded in the shelling — a mother and two children. They were immediately provided with medical assistance. The older girl did not need hospitalisation.
