On the evening of 21 January, the Russian army attacked Mykolaiv with seven drones. The shelling caused damage in different parts of the city.

As of 23:29, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Administration Vitalii Kim said that apartment buildings were damaged and fires broke out in the city.
In addition, residents of Mykolaiv reported that a large-scale fire broke out in an apartment building. No injuries have been reported.
