On the evening of 14 January, Russian troops attacked a suburb of Kherson. The shelling caused a fire in a high-rise building.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region.

It is noted that the Russians launched a drone into one of the apartments of the high-rise building.

«Despite the threat of repeated enemy attacks, Kherson firefighters managed to quickly extinguish the fire», the statement added.

In addition, in the evening, the Russian army attacked the village of Bilozerka. A garage and a car caught fire in a private yard as a result of a shell hit.
