Russians shot Ukrainian prisoners of war. Screenshot from video 110 OMBRThe Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets reacted to the shooting of five captured defenders of Ukraine by Russian soldiers.
He published the corresponding post on his Telegram channel.
According to him, the video was distributed by the 110th separate mechanized brigade named after Mark Bezruchko.
«The video shows how Russian soldiers shot five captured Ukrainian defenders. I will report this fact to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross», said Dmytro Lubinets.
The Ombudsman emphasized that Russian military personnel who execute Ukrainian prisoners of war should appear before an international tribunal and face the harshest punishment provided for by law.
Recall, in November, Russian soldiers killed two Ukrainian prisoners of war.
