Russian army attacked Kherson region: child among victims

Russian troops shelled the Kherson region last night, December 21. The attack left one person dead and six others injured, including one child.

This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to the RMA, over the past day, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Tomyna Balka, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Antonivka, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Ivanivka, Ponyativka, Molodizhne, Tokarivka, Tyahynka, Kachkarivka, Olhivka, Osokorivka, Lvove, Mykolaivka, Mylove, Mykhailivka, Monastyrske, Novoberyslav, Chervonyi Maiak, Novooleksandrivka, Novoraisk, Zmiivka, Vesele, and the city of Kherson have been under enemy fire and airstrikes.

In addition, the Russians carried out a ballistic missile strike on the Kherson region.

It is noted that the Russian military shelled critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas of settlements in the region.

«22 private houses were hit. The occupiers also damaged an outbuilding, a garage, and private cars», the report says.

As a reminder, on December 20, Russian troops shelled 42 settlements in the Kherson region with various types of weapons. Two people were killed and 11 more were injured to varying degrees of severity.
