Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson city military administration, announced this on November 1.
According to him, the number of dead last month was almost four times higher than in September.
«Condolences to family and friends. A speedy recovery to all those injured by Russian aggression. Kherson remembers everyone. Life goes on for the sake of Victory,» added the head of the MBA.
We will remind that in the Kherson region yesterday, on October 31, as a result of strikes by Russian troops, one person was killed and 13 others were injured.
