On Saturday morning, September 28, Russian troops struck Sumy, attacking a hospital. So far, 6 dead are known.

This was reported by Sumy RMA and Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko.

They said that the Russians fired at Sumy with a Shahed 131/136 attack drone. As a result of the first blow, 1 person died, and the hospital building was destroyed. After that, rescuers and policemen arrived at the place of shelling to help people. At that moment, the enemy struck again.

As of now, we know about 6 dead, including a police officer. Another law enforcement officer was wounded.

The Sumy RMA reported that the Russians had struck a second blow at the city's residential sector. The consequences of the attack are being clarified.
