The Armed Forces said that the Russians used ammunition with poisoned substances in the Tavriiske direction

The Russian occupying forces in the Tavriiske direction used combat grenades with chlorpicrin five times.

This was stated by the spokesman of the joint press center of the Defense Forces of the Tavria direction, Colonel Oleksandr Shtupun.

«The enemy continues to violate the customs of warfare and use ammunition with poisonous substances. Five such resets were recorded yesterday. These are probably K-51 grenades with chlorpicrin. But each such case is investigated separately, appropriate analyzes are made, and then it is submitted to international institutions,» he said.

Oleksandr Shtupun added that Ukrainian defenders use gas masks to save themselves from chlorpicrin.

We will remind you that since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Russians have used ammunition equipped with poisonous chemical substances against Ukraine 626 times. In January of this year alone, the Defense Forces recorded 51 chemical attacks by the occupiers.
