In the Mykolayiv region, the car ran off the road and caught fire, the driver died

Yesterday, September 26, at about 5:50 p.m. in Mykolaiv Oblast, there was a fatal road accident occurred on the highway «Ochakiv - Chornomorka - Osetrivka - Rivne».

This is reported by the communications department of the Mykolaiv Oblast Police.

According to preliminary data, the 43-year-old driver of the Opel Omega, driving from Chornomorka village of the Mykolaiv district, lost control, drove off the roadway and collided with a tree, after which the vehicle caught fire.

The driver later died of his injuries in a medical institution.

Currently, law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances and causes of the car accident.

We will remind, on September 23 in Nova Odesa , three people were injured during a collision between a Honda motorcycle and a VAZ passenger car. The 57-year-old driver of the car, his 7-year-old passenger and the 32-year-old motorcycle driver received bodily injuries of varying degrees of severity. The injured were hospitalized.

Earlier, on September 22, an accident occurred at the Universam bus stop in the Ship district of Mykolaiv. A Chevrolet Aveo car collided with a moped. The moped driver was hospitalized with moderate injuries.

Also in Mykolaiv, a Nissan Rogue car and a Viper motorcycle collided at the intersection of Krylova and Belaya streets, two teenagers were injured.
