Today, March 19, Germany announced a new package of military aid for Ukraine in the amount of 500 million euros, including ammunition and armored vehicles.

This was stated by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius during a conversation with the media as part of the Rammstein format meeting, Tagesschau informs.

According to him, the new aid package includes additional supplies of ammunition — 10,000 artillery shells from Bundeswehr warehouses.

Also, the new aid package will include 100 units of armored vehicles for infantry and 100 units of transport equipment.

We will remind you that Ukraine has approved a reform plan for receiving aid under the four-year EU program for 50 billion euros. It will be submitted to the European Commission for consideration in the near future.
