Denmark has allocated the 26th military aid package for Ukraine worth approximately DKK 4.2 billion, which is more than 560 million euros.
This was reported by the Danish Ministry of Defence.
It is noted that the package is funded under the military support of the Ukrainian Fund and the European Peace Fund (EPF) and is designed for 2025-2028.
«On the Danish side, we are doing our best to give Ukraine the best cards in hand both on the battlefield and in the negotiation room. The best thing we can do here and now is to increase military support for Ukraine and strengthen Ukraine's defence capabilities», said Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen.
Ukraine will receive new artillery systems and ammunition, as well as funds to equip the Ukrainian Air Force and increase training.
A total of DKK 66.1 billion has been allocated from the fund for Ukraine for 2023-2028.
