On Wednesday, October 2, Mykolaiv Oblast received 43 powerful generators, which will be distributed among institutions of the social sphere, education, health care, sports, as well as critical infrastructure facilities.
As reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, the generators arrived in the form of humanitarian aid to ensure a stable passage of the autumn-winter period of 2024-2025.
Vitalii Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, took part in the handover of the devices, who noted that the generators have a high level of equipment and power.
«Thank you to the Ministry of Reintegration and our European partners for the help, which is especially important for the front-line settlements of the region. We hope for further cooperation in order to overcome the challenges faced by us in the conditions of war,» said the head of the RMA.
It is noted that the aid received is the result of successful cooperation between the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine together with the Civil Protection Mechanism of the European Union, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland and local state authorities.
We will remind you that earlier the European Union handed over 68 large generators for critical infrastructure to Ukraine.
