Two more houses damaged by shelling will be restored in Mykolaiv: the work will cost more than ₴9 million

The Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv plans to restore two more high-rise buildings damaged by Russian shelling at 61 Raiduzhna Street and 142-V Kosmonavtiv Street.

Relevant tenders were published on the public procurement site ProZorro, writes NіkVestі.

The high-rise building at 61 Raiduzhna 61 is scheduled to be restored by May 20, 2024. 5.5 million hryvnias are allocated for these works. The contractor will have to perform dismantling and general construction work, arrange ramps, install plastic windows and doors, and also make slopes.

The restoration of the high-rise building at 142-B Kosmonavtiv was estimated at 3.4 million hryvnias. By May 1, 2024, the contractor will have to complete demolition work, restore damaged walls, install ceilings, install floors, install doors, install ramps, and more.

Prior to that, the Department of Housing and Housing twice announced tenders for the restoration of this high-rise building. However, for the first time they had to be canceled due to the fact that the participant of the procurement procedure did not provide the security of the tender offer, which was required by the customer. After that, the auctions were announced again, but they also did not take place.

We will remind that 40 million hryvnias were allocated from the Mykolaiv budget this year for the restoration of high-rise buildings damaged as a result of Russian shelling.

The first high-rise building damaged by shelling in Mykolaiv began to be restored at the expense of the city budget in July 2023. We are talking about a house on Krylov, which was hit by a Russian missile in the summer of 2022.
