Deep potholes and damaged surfacing have formed a continuous obstacle course here since winter, yet repairs have still not been carried out on this section.
Residents of Matviivka have lodged a complaint with the editorial office of NikVesti.
The section in question is about two kilometres long — from Kyivske Shosse to Sylikatna Street.

This section of the road is managed by the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service in the Mykolaiv region (formerly the Road Service). It is this agency that is responsible for its maintenance and repair.

«The condition of the road from Kyiv Highway to Sylikatna Street is simply critical. We drive along this road every day to work and take our children to school. After winter, the situation only gets worse; this two-kilometre stretch is covered in deep potholes. And this is the only access road to Matviivka. We have to constantly swerve around the potholes, and in the dark it’s downright dangerous,» said Kateryna Kotova.

According to him, he has already sent official requests to the Road Service demanding repairs, as the section is under their maintenance.
However, the Infrastructure Restoration Service has not yet started work on this road. Residents are asking for a swift response and for at least some initial patching work to be carried out.
