Over the past year, 17 new associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings (OSBB) were created in Mykolaiv, and a new management company began operations.
This was announced by Ihor Nabatov, first deputy director of the Housing and Utilities Department (HUD) of the Mykolaiv City Council, during a meeting of the executive committee, according to NikVesti.
According to him, as of today, there are 699 HUDs operating in the city. In addition, in 2025, a new management company, Comfortnyi Raion Plus, appeared on the housing and communal services market. As a result, there are now 33 companies providing apartment building management services in Mykolaiv.
Due to the increase in the number of condominiums and managers, the members of the executive committee agreed to amend the list of housing and utility service providers in the Mykolaiv community.
«Over the year, the number of condominiums and management companies has increased, so we are making the appropriate changes to the lists that were approved a year ago,» said Ihor Nabatov.
We would like to remind you that residents of apartment buildings will be able to receive between 100,000 and 300,000 hryvnias for the purchase of autonomous energy equipment — generators, accumulators, inverters, battery systems or solar panels. The government has allocated 800 million hryvnias for the implementation of the programme.
In Mykolaiv, in 2025, associations of co-owners of apartment buildings submitted four applications for compensation for the purchase of generators.
It was also reported that co-owners of apartment buildings and owners of private homes can obtain preferential loans for energy modernisation under the «Affordable Loans 5-7-9%» programme. Loans can be obtained from 43 partner banks.
