According to local resident Tetiana Ivanchuk at the Contact Centre at the Mykolaiv City Council, the problem of the destruction of the walls between the first and second floors of the building has been going on since 2019.
According to her, residents have repeatedly submitted requests for repairs to the management company City for People. Tetiana Ivanchuk notes that despite numerous appeals and regular calls, the work has not been done, and no one has come to assess the extent of the damage.
«The building is wooden, and the walls are continuing to deteriorate, especially during rainfall. There is a motorway nearby. The house shakes from the trucks, which makes the situation worse. We patch things up ourselves every year,» says one resident.

At the same time, according to the company, the average payment rate for the building is only 15%.
«The co-owners of the building decided to carry out the work themselves. We only deal with emergencies — installing clamps or welding cracks, and even then, taking into account the charges,» the company said.
Earlier it was reported that residents of the second entrance of building №15 inMykolaiv complained about the emergency condition of the internal sewage system and the lack of proper response from the management company KZHEP Zoria.
We remind you that residents of an apartment building at 35A Teatralna Street complained about the emergency condition of part of the internal networks in the basement. According to the residents, the basement is constantly damp, and they are concerned that the pipe could fail at any moment.
It was also reported that residents of the building at 340 Bohoiavlenskyi Avenue in Mykolaiv are complaining about the management company City for People. According to them, the company charges for maintenance, even though it no longer has any connection to the building.
