65 modular houses for displaced persons have been installed in the Mykolaiv region

There are 65 modular houses for internally displaced persons in Mykolaiv.

This is stated in the response of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration to an information request from the publication NikVesti.

According to the data provided, one modular house has been installed in the Bashtanka district on the territory of the Bashtanka urban community, and four in the Shyroke rural community.

In addition, the Novyi Buh and Bashtanka city councils are working on the creation of modular towns.

In the Voznesensk district, 20 modular houses have been installed in the Pivdennoukrainsk community, and 8 in the Domanivka settlement community.

In the Mykolaiv district, 10 modular houses have been installed in the courtyards of private households in the Pervomaisk settlement community, and 17 in the Halytsynove rural community.

In the Pervomaiskyi district, five modular houses have been installedin the Kryve Ozero settlement community to accommodate internally displaced persons.

It is also reported that as of November 2025, there are 120,331 internally displaced persons registered in the Mykolaiv region.

We would like to remind you that in Domanivka, Mykolaiv region, there are plans to expand the microdistrict for internally displaced persons and build six more modular houses. Currently, housing for displaced persons in the community has already been partially built, but there is still a waiting list for settlement.

It should be noted that on 1 December, Ukraine began accepting applications for participation in the housing voucher programme for internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories. Currently, more than ten thousand applications have been submitted , 426 of which are in the Mykolaiv region.

We would also like to remind you that in September 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a number of decisions aimed at strengthening support for internally displaced persons.
