Mykolaivoblteploenergo reported on the replacement of more than 7 km of heating networks and the repair of 12 boiler houses

Mykolaivoblteploenergo has completed preparations for the heating season.

The company's director Mykola Lohvinov announced this during a live broadcast on social media.

According to him, the work began immediately after the end of the last heating season. Over the summer, the company built 7.4 kilometres of new heating networks, conducted hydraulic tests of 440 kilometres of pipelines, carried out all necessary emergency repairs and repaired 12 boiler houses.

«We constructed 7.4 kilometres of heating networks and carried out hydraulic tests on 440 kilometres of heating networks. We have also carried out all emergency repairs and repaired 12 boiler houses and repaired boilers,» said Mykola Lohvinov.

Lohvinov noted that most boiler houses are equipped with powerful generators. This will make it possible to ensure stable heat supply even in the event of prolonged power outages.

He stressed that the company is fully prepared for the start of the heating season.

As a reminder, Mykolaiv plans to change the tariffs for companies that will supply heat in Mykolaiv and the district during the heating season of 2025-2026.

As you know, the heating season in Ukraine will start on time, according to the schedule. The Ministry of Energy clarified that the dates specified in the government decree: from 1 November to 31 March, do not relate to the supply of heat to homes, but to the regulation of the natural gas market.

Earlier, the head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Vitalii Kim noted that the start of the heating season in Mykolaiv was to be postponed and the heating would be launched later. This is explained as a cost-saving measure.
