Mykolaiv schools ranking: who is the best in the city this year

The information and educational resource «Osvita.ua» has published an updated ranking of schools in the regional centres of Ukraine based on the results of the 2025 multi-subject test. Professor Aleksandrov Lyceum was ranked first in Mykolaiv.

According to the rating, the results of the national multi-subject test taken by graduates in 2025 were taken into account.

It should be noted that the winner in the ranking is the Professor Aleksandrov Lyceum, which was ranked third in the city last year. This year, the school was included in the TOP-200 of the all-Ukrainian school ranking and took 143rd place.

TOP-3 schools in Mykolaiv and the region according to the results of this year's test:

• Mykolaiv Lyceum named after Professor Aleksandrov — average score 157.5
• Mykolaiv Lyceum №2 — average score 155.1
• Mykolaiv Lyceum №38 «Municipal Collegium» named after Volodymyr Chaika — average score 150.8

In total, 45 educational institutions of the city are represented in the ranking. The last places are occupied by the Higher Vocational School of Shipbuilding and Mykolaiv Vocational Shipbuilding Lyceum named after Hero of the Soviet Union Vasyl Hrechyshnikov.

As a reminder, Mykolaiv region showed some of the lowest results in this year's National Multisubject Test (NMT).

In 2025, 20 graduates in Mykolaiv received the highest NMT score. A student of the Aleksandrov Lyceum achieved the maximum result in two subjects at once.
