The head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Vitaliy Kim congratulated his wife Yulia on her birthday in an original way - he recorded a cover of Maxim Borodin's song «If not for you».

He posted a video with his congratulations on his Facebook page.

The video features footage from the recording studio, where Vitaliy Kim performs the song, as well as archival moments from his married life.

- "Happy birthday, my love. You are getting better every year. Thank you for your patience," he wrote under the video.

Yulia Kim left a reply in the comments: «I love you, it was very unexpected and very touching and sweet! You always surprise me, the best».

In 2023, the Ukrainian singer Tony Tonite released a new video «On Earth and in Heaven», which was filmed with the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych, and the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitalii Kim.
