Mykolaiv Regional Council has new deputies from «Servant of the People»

Two new deputies from the political party «Servant of the People» have been elected to the Mykolaiv Regional Council.

The relevant decision was made today, 3 July, during a session of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, according to NikVesti.

We are talking about Kateryna Konopliannykova and Albina Bondarenko. They were included in the council instead of former deputies Vladyslav Neveselyi and Volodymyr Vysotskyi, who resigned.

The information on the registration and inclusion in the parliamentary corps of the eighth convocation was read out by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Territorial Election Commission, Yuliia Volchan.

The decision was voted for by 45 deputies.

What other deputies of the regional council resigned?

Since the start of the full-scale war, some deputies of the Mykolaiv regional council have decided to resign their seats.

Deputy Yurii Kormyshkin announced his decision to resign in June 2024, stating that he was leaving politics. At the same time, the deputy said that Nadiia Ivanova had been elected as the new head of the «Nash Krai» party faction in the Mykolaiv Regional Council. And the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal ruled to ban the activities of the pro-Russian political party «Nash Krai» on the territory of Ukraine.

In June 2024, the mandate was also resigned by Ruslan Neroda, a deputy of the regional council, who was elected from the party «For the Future». Prior to that, his wife, Alona Kara, resigned her mandate.

Oksana Kaliuzhna, a deputy from the party «For the Future», also resigned her mandate.

In March 2023, five deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council resigned their mandates at once.

Instead, two new deputies from the «Nash Krai» party were elected to the Mykolaiv Regional Council to replace those who resigned.

On 13 February 2025, Svitlana Fedorova, elected from the party «Nash Krai», and Vladyslav Neveselyi from the party «Servant of the People», resigned their mandates. On 25 February, the Mykolaiv Regional Territorial Election Commission registered a new deputy of the 8th convocation of the regional council. It was Yurii Mavrodiiev from the party «Nash Krai».

On 2 May, deputy Volodymyr Vysotskyi from «Servant of the People» resigned his mandate.
