7 more schools are to be switched to mixed form of education in de-occupied communities of Kherson Oblast,

Starting 1 September 2025, seven more schools in the de-occupied communities of Kherson region are to be switched to a mixed form of education.

This will allow more than 1,400 children to return to full-time education, said Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

He added that out of this number, approximately 380 students will need transportation to their places of study. Therefore, the local authorities have submitted an appeal to consider the possibility of allocating state funding to organise transportation for schoolchildren.

As a reminder, in 2025, Mykolaiv region will receive 19.7 million hryvnias in subventions from the state budget for the purchase of school buses.
