Units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other units of the Defence Forces, struck at the storage facilities for Russian occupiers' attack drones in the Orel region of Russia.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is reported that as a result of the Ukrainian attack, concrete structures where thermobaric warheads for drones were stored were destroyed. In particular, a secondary detonation was recorded.

«The results and extent of the damage are being clarified, but it is known that more than 200 Shahed drones will no longer be used against our country», the statement said.

As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that during the week, Russia had carried out about 1250 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, used more than 750 drones and fired more than 20 missiles of various types.
