The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded the programme of partial compensation for the cost of equipment manufactured in Ukraine.

This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.

From now on, the list of equipment eligible for 15% compensation includes drilling rigs, logistics equipment, boilers, machine tools, and components for drones.

In addition, the government has allowed utility companies to receive the same compensation, provided that the equipment was purchased with funds earned in the course of their business activities.

The Ministries of Economy, Environment and Agriculture have already distributed over 13 million hryvnias in compensation to 13 companies that applied in June. The total cost of the equipment they purchased was 104.6 million hryvnias, including VAT. It is noted that these are 26 pieces of equipment, including semi-trailers, passenger buses, elevators, forklifts, transformers and other Ukrainian-made products.

During the seven months of the current stage of the programme, which started in December, 127 units of Ukrainian wheeled, construction and specialised machinery, lifts and power equipment worth over 465 million hryvnias were purchased.

Earlier it was reported that Mykolaiv region is among the top four regions in terms of the number of Ukrainian agricultural machinery purchased.
