It is noted that the peculiarity of the training is that the instructors pass on the experience gained in real combat conditions.
«The experience of the National Guard instructors is the life experience they gained on the battlefield. They have seen death up close and felt the burden of responsibility for the lives of others. An instructor is a mentor who is able to find an approach to each soldier, to teach them to work as a team», the statement said.

«During the training, I try to pass on everything I know to the soldiers. I am demanding of them, because they need to understand that here and now I am the one who will give them advice and help them. But there will be no instructor on the battlefield. All they will have is the knowledge they gained during the training», he said.
