US President Donald Trump has stated that his country has a «virtually unlimited» supply of weapons, allowing the US to wage war «forever». At the same time, he criticised his predecessor Joe Biden, accusing him of transferring «too many» weapons to Ukraine.

Donald Trump wrote about this on the social network Truth Social.

«The US stockpile of medium and above medium range weapons has never been higher or better — as I was informed today, we have a virtually unlimited supply of these weapons. Wars can be fought 'forever' and very successfully using only these stocks (which are better than the best weapons of other countries!),» the US president wrote.

However, he noted that the stockpile of top-tier ammunition is «good, but not as good as we would like».

«Sleepy Joe Biden spent all of our country's time and money giving everything to P. T. Barnum (Zelenskyy!) from Ukraine — hundreds of billions of dollars — and although he gave away so much extremely expensive weaponry (for free!), he didn't bother to replace it,» Donald Trump continued.

He added: «Fortunately, I rebuilt our military during my first term and continue to do so. The United States has the stockpiles and is ready for a big win!»

This is not the first time Donald Trump has criticised the previous administration for the amount of military aid provided to Ukraine. At the beginning of his second presidential term, he repeatedly stated that Washington had spent $350 billion on the Russian-Ukrainian war. The Pentagon has previously emphasised that the actual amount is significantly lower.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had fulfilled his promise of a so-called «energy truce», which lasted one week.
