The United States Special Envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, has said that President Donald Trump has allowed Ukraine to launch long-range strikes on Russian territory.

He said this in an interview with Fox News.

«I think after reading what he said, and what Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have said, the answer is yes. Use the ability to strike at long range. There are no safe havens», Keith Kellogg said in response to a question about whether Donald Trump had authorised long-range strikes against Russia.

He also noted that the Russian Federation will not win this war, because otherwise it would already be in Kyiv, Odesa and beyond the Dnipro.

In addition, Keith Kellogg was asked whether the United States plans to provide Ukraine with long-range Tomahawk missiles. He replied that there is no final decision on this issue yet.

As a reminder, President of the United States Donald Trump said that he believes Ukraine has every chance of regaining its entire territory within its original borders. At the same time, he wished both sides of the armed conflict «success».
