Unfinished construction projects, a bank deposit and nearly ₴50,000 in salary: what the director of the «Central City Stadium» declared

Viacheslav Misarenko, who is the director of the Central City Stadium municipal enterprise, earned 598,094 hryvnias in 2025, which amounts to an average of 49,841 hryvnias per month. He has 233,000 hryvnias in a bank deposit.

This is evidenced by his declaration, published in the NACP’s Unified Register of Declarations.

Viacheslav Misarenko owns three flats: one measuring 70m² and another 55.9m² in Mykolaiv, and one measuring 72.7m² in Odesa. The latter is valued at 2.7 million hryvnias and has been in his ownership since 2023. The director of the Central City Stadium also owns a plot of land measuring 600 square metres in the Mishkovo-Pohorilove community. Viacheslav Misarenko’s wife owns a residential house in the Voskresenske community.

Viacheslav Misarenko has also declared unfinished construction projects: two flats in Mykolaiv. One of them, with an area of 34.68 m², is jointly owned with his wife.

The director of the Central City Stadium owns a 2018 Nissan Qashqai and a 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser.

In 2025, as director, Viacheslav Misarenko earned 598,094 hryvnias (an average of 49,841 per month). His wife earned 11,510 hryvnias at Port Ochakiv LLC.

Viacheslav Misarenko also has savings. The declaration states that he holds 120,000 US dollars and 10,000 euros in cash. He has 3,517 US dollars in a bank account and two deposits totalling 233,000 hryvnias.

His wife owns $50,000 and €10,000 in cash.

Note: the municipal institution «Central City Stadium» comprises four divisions — the Central Stadium, the «Zoria» sports complex, the «Sportyvne Mistechko» stadium in Solyany, and the «Yunist» stadium. The site covers 36 hectares.

It should be noted that declarations were also submitted by the heads of other municipal enterprises in the city: Ihor Holovatyi of «Pilot», Vitalii Shevchenko of «ELU Avtodorig», Petro Vasheniak of the municipal catering enterprise for educational institutions in Mykolaiv , Yurii Smetana of Mykolaiv’s electric transport , and Dmytro Chuchmai of «Mykolaiv Parks».
