The modular Administrative Services Centre in Voznesensk is to be renovated with the support of international partners.
The decision was backed by councillors during the Voznesensk City Council session on 15 May, according to NikVesti.
At the meeting, amendments to the budget were approved, providing for an increase in expenditure from the special development fund of 360,000 hryvnias for the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the project. A further 15,000 hryvnias has been allocated separately for surveying work on the same project.
As noted at the meeting of the relevant committee on housing and communal services, the total cost of the reconstruction will amount to approximately 19.8 million hryvnias. This concerns the second phase of construction under the UNDP programme. A preliminary agreement on funding from international partners is in place.
The councillors also designated the client for the construction project: it will be the Department of Housing, Utilities and Capital Construction of the Voznesensk City Council.
It was previously reported that the expansion will involve an increase in the number of offices, as all necessary utilities have already been connected. This will enable the provision of additional services to the public.
The modular Administrative Services Centre in Voznesensk was opened in May 2024.
It should be noted that in the Mykolaiv region, five new administrative service centres are planned to open in 2026 as part of the Polaris programme, supported by Sweden. Communities eligible to join the initiative are currently being selected.
Dmytro Havryliak, Head of the Department for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalisation at the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, noted that in 2025, three Administrative Service Centres were modernised in the region — in Kobleve, Bashtanka and Snihurivka.
In addition, in August 2025, with support from Denmark , a new Administrative Services Centre was opened in the Zavodskyi district of Mykolaiv. The total cost of the work amounted to 9,345,000 hryvnias: of this, 8,175,000 hryvnias were provided by the international organisation DRC, with a further 1,170,000 hryvnias funded from the city budget.
