₴79,000 in salary and land in occupied Kinburn: what’s in the declaration of Shevchenko, director of «ELU Avtodorig»

Vitalii Shevchenko, Director of the municipal enterprise «Operational Linear Management of Roads» of the Mykolaiv City Council, has published his declaration for 2025. In it, he stated that he owns property in Mykolaiv and on the territory of the occupied Kinburn Spit, and that his annual earnings in this role amounted to 956,300 hryvnias.

The relevant declaration has been published in the Unified State Register of Declarations, NikVesti reports.

The official declared that he and his wife own a 308.3-square-metre residential property in Mykolaiv. Vitalii Shevchenko also owns several plots of land: one measuring 900 square metres in Mykolaiv, one measuring 679 square metres in the village of Vesniane, and one measuring 6,000 square metres in the village of Pokrovka, located on the territory of the temporarily occupied Kinburn Spit.

He also stated that he owns two lorries, two trailers and a Windboat 4.6 Evo motorboat. His wife purchased a Volkswagen ID4 in 2024 for 1.1 million hryvnias.

As director of «ELU Avtodorig» in 2025, Vitalii Shevchenko earned 956,300 hryvnias, approximately 79,600 hryvnias per month. However, after tax, the official received a lower amount last year — 736,300 hryvnias, according to a response to an information request from NikVesti. On average, this amounts to 61,300 hryvnias per month.

His wife received 454,600 hryvnias in salary last year at the Mykolaiv Alumina Plant.

Vitalii Shevchenko has 13,900 euros in his bank account and a further 26,000 euros in cash.

What do the declarations of municipal enterprise directors reveal?

As a reminder, the directors of the city council’s municipal enterprises have submitted their income declarations for 2025.

Dmytro Chuchmai, director of «Mykolaiv Parks», declared that his official wealth had increased during this period, with his monthly income exceeding 100,000 hryvnias.

Meanwhile, the family of Yurii Smetana, director of the municipal enterprise «Mykolaivelektrotrans», has upgraded their car, and his wife’s income from business activities has almost tripled.

Meanwhile, the declaration of Petro Vasheniak, director of the municipal catering enterprise responsible for organising meals in Mykolaiv’s educational institutions, records changes in family composition, as well as updated details regarding assets and income.
