Over 2,000 Russian drones destroyed in Kherson region in a week

Over the past week, Ukrainian units have eliminated 2306 of the 2409 drones used by Russian troops to attack Kherson region.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

«Russian occupants continue to relentlessly attack Kherson region with drones. Thanks to the professionalism of our defenders, 2300 or 95% of Russian drones were destroyed,» said Oleksandr Prokudin.

Within the Kherson community, 1174 out of 1229 Russian drones were suppressed or destroyed.

Earlier it was reported that over the past day, Russian troops struck at critical, transport and social infrastructure in Kherson region, shelling residential areas of several settlements. The attack killed one person and injured 11 others.
