On the morning of 23 October, Russian troops attacked a truck in Kherson with a drone.
According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the Russians dropped explosives from the drone at around 6:45 am.
The 49-year-old driver was injured as a result of the impact. The man sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion, and shrapnel wounds to his temple and forearm. He was hospitalised.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the RMA, the Russian army shelled 42 localities in Kherson region over the past day.
According to him, Russian troops shelled residential areas and critical and social infrastructure. The attacks damaged four multi-storey buildings, 16 private houses, an administrative building, a mobile phone tower, a shop, cars and agricultural machinery. Thirteen people were injured.
On the morning of 22 October, Russian troops attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, also dropping explosives from a drone on a car.
