Russians hit the port and energy sector in Odesa region: no electricity in Izmail

On the night of 22 October, Russian troops once again launched a massive attack on the civilian infrastructure of Odesa region.
According to the Izmail District State Administration, the attack by attack drones damaged energy and port infrastructure in Izmail and caused fires.
According to the head of Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, there were no casualties. The city's power supply is gradually being restored, critical infrastructure is running on generators, and stabilisation points have been deployed in the city.
The operational headquarters and all district services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack. The fires that broke out after the strikes were quickly extinguished, the RMA said.
As a reminder, Russian troops also attacked three communities in Mykolaiv region with FPV drones nine times. The strikes damaged three private houses.
