Russian troops shelled 36 settlements in Kherson region overnight, there are wounded

Over the past day, Russian troops have attacked 36 settlements in the Kherson region. At least five civilians were injured in the shelling.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin on 28 July.

According to the regional military administration, the Russian army struck at critical and social infrastructure and residential areas, including a multi-storey building and 10 private houses, as well as private cars.

In addition, a 32-year-old man was injured when explosives were dropped from a drone. He was diagnosed with explosive and closed head injuries, contusion, and shrapnel wounds to his arm and leg. He was hospitalised in a moderate condition, the Kherson Regional Military Medical Administration reported.

As a reminder, between 7 and 13 July, the defence forces destroyed more than 1,473 Russian drones, which is 73% of the total number used in Kherson region.
