Part of Kherson region may be left without electricity for a long time due to enemy attack

Residents of the Kherson region have been warned of possible prolonged power cuts due to an enemy attack on a power facility.

The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said that power engineers are doing everything possible to stabilise the situation, but the blackout could be long.

«The attack has caused problems with power supply in a number of settlements. I ask the residents of the region to prepare for a prolonged power outage. Power engineers are doing everything possible to stabilise the situation», warned the head of the RMA.

As a reminder, over the course of 26 June, the Russian army shelled 22 settlements in Kherson Oblast. Four people were injured.
