Massive shelling of Kherson region: 42 settlements hit, dead and wounded

On 25 June, the Kherson region was subjected to massive attacks by Russian troops. According to the regional military administration, the shelling killed three people and injured 13 others. A total of 42 settlements in the region were under attack.

According to the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, a gas pipeline, a cellular tower, two apartment buildings, 16 private houses, a petrol station, warehouses, an outbuilding and several cars were damaged.

Among the victims were a 55-year-old man killed by an FPV drone in the village of Chervonyi Maiak and a 38-year-old agricultural worker in Sofiivka who was killed by artillery fire. Another 38-year-old man was killed as a result of an air strike on Tavriiske in Bilozerskyi district.

On the morning of 26 June, the occupants shelled Korabelnyi district of Kherson. A 71-year-old woman was injured — she was diagnosed with concussion, blast and craniocerebral injuries.

As a reminder, on 25 June , Russian troops also attacked Mykolaiv region. They used FPV attack drones and artillery. Five private houses were damaged as a result of the attacks. Dry grass and a field of wheat also caught fire.
