Russian attack on Kyiv: one person rescued from rubble, five more sought

Search and rescue operations continue in Kyiv at the site of a high-rise building destroyed by a Russian missile. Rescuers have pulled another person out of the rubble.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service.

According to the rescuers, at least five residents of the building are missing — they have not been in touch with their families.

The SES stressed that the work will continue until they are sure that all people are safe.

According to official information, as of 9:00 a.m., 14 people were killed and 60 others were injured in the Russian attack in Kyiv.

As a reminder, on the night of 17 June, Kyiv was subjected to a large-scale missile attack by Russia. The strikes destroyed more than 40 apartments in a multi-storey residential building, and one of the entrances collapsed.
