How much did the mayor of Mykolaiv and his deputies earn in 2025?

In 2025, the annual salaries of the mayor of Mykolaiv and his deputies ranged from 930,000 hryvnias to over 1 million hryvnias. More than 470 thousand hryvnias were paid to them for healthcare alone. This is evidenced by the response of the Mykolaiv City Council to an information request NikVesti.
A significant part of the payments is made up of bonuses, allowances and business trip expenses. The total amount of payments to Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych in January-November 2025 is 1,084,308 hryvnias, of which 824,074 hryvnias was paid.
The share of bonuses and allowances in the total amount of payments is commensurate with or higher than the mayor's salary of 25,648 hryvnias. At the same time, the mayor received more than 200 thousand hryvnias in allowances, 137 thousand hryvnias in bonuses and 90 thousand hryvnias for annual leave.
In addition, almost monthly business trips of the mayor cost the budget 421,355 hryvnias.
First Deputy Vitalii Lukov received the lowest salary of 701,849 hryvnias compared to other deputy mayors. At the same time, he received more than 271,000 hryvnias in bonuses, 170,000 hryvnias in bonuses and more than 77,400 hryvnias in healthcare expenses. He was also allocated almost 149 thousand hryvnias for business trips.
He was beaten by Vice Mayor Serhii Korenev, whose business trips cost the budget 182 thousand hryvnias.
For almost a year of work, Deputy Mayor Yurii Andriienko received the largest amount of bonuses, 446 thousand hryvnias, in particular for high achievements, given that his salary is 21,895 hryvnias per month.
Anatolii Petrov received 361 thousand hryvnias in bonuses for 11 months, taking into account his salary of 713 thousand hryvnias.
Sienkevych's deputy, Serhii Korenev, received 234,000 hryvnias in bonuses to his annual salary, which totalled 637,000 hryvnias. This is the lowest salary among all deputy mayors.
Yurii Andriienko received the largest amount of healthcare assistance — 77.8 thousand hryvnias. Anatolii Petrov, the deputy mayor for humanitarian issues, received a little less than 76.8 thousand hryvnias, and Serhii Korenev received the least — 0.3 thousand hryvnias.
Almost 500 thousand hryvnias more from the city budget was allocated for bonuses to Anatolii Petrov (195 thousand hryvnias), Serhii Korenev (135 thousand hryvnias) and Yurii Andriienko (163 thousand hryvnias).
For almost a year, Andrii Volkov, the executive committee's administrator, was credited with 991,600 hryvnias, of which actual payments amounted to 753,616 hryvnias.
His income also consisted mainly of a salary of 21,895 hryvnias, system allowances of 327,000 hryvnias, a monthly bonus of 234,000 hryvnias, and business trips, which cost 54,000 hryvnias. In August, he received almost 80 thousand hryvnias for healthcare.
