Mykolaiv region's budgets received over ₴180 million in real estate tax

In the first nine months of 2025, the local budgets of Mykolaiv region received 180.6 million hryvnias in real estate tax.

According to the regional office of the State Tax Service, this is 28.5 million hryvnias more than last year.

The bulk of the revenue was paid by legal entities that own real estate: 108.1 million hryvnias, which is 18.4% (16.8 million hryvnias) more than in the same period of 2024.

Individuals transferred 72.5 million hryvnias to local budgets, which is 19.3% (11.8 million hryvnias) more than last year.

The tax office reminds that all revenues from the real estate tax are fully allocated to local budgets. The tax rate is determined by the local authorities, taking into account the type of housing and its location.

In 2025, citizens will pay the tax for the reporting year 2024. Namely, individual owners of:

• apartments with an area of more than 60 sq. m;
  
  
• houses with an area of more than 120 sq. m;
  
  
• different types of housing (including shares) with a total area of more than 180 sq m.
